These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kolly, including the Kolly mobile application, websites, eyelash beauty content, AI conversation features, AI-assisted eyelash recommendation tools, creator or community features, subscription services, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Kolly is designed as a beauty and eyelash inspiration platform. It may help users browse eyelash styles, explore lash design references, receive AI-assisted eyelash guidance, save favorite looks, publish beauty-related content, and access premium features.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kolly. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
If you use Kolly for a salon, eyelash studio, beauty creator account, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your profile details up to date.
You are responsible for all actions under your account, including AI conversations, uploads, comments, messages, reports, purchases, and subscription activity.
You must keep your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact us at support@kolly.help. We may restrict access while investigating suspicious activity.
Kolly is an eyelash beauty and inspiration platform. The Service may include lash style browsing, AI conversation, AI-assisted eyelash recommendations, beauty references, user posts, comments, likes, saves, follows, reporting tools, subscription features, and other related services.
The Service is for beauty inspiration, reference, and entertainment. Eyelash suggestions, AI responses, beauty content, and user posts do not guarantee real-world results. Actual results may depend on eye shape, lash condition, adhesive quality, stylist skill, hygiene practices, product materials, allergies, and aftercare.
Kolly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. Users with eye irritation, allergies, infections, skin sensitivity, or other health concerns should consult qualified professionals before using lash products or services.
Kolly provides AI conversation and AI-assisted recommendation features to help users understand lash styles, compare looks, receive beauty inspiration, learn general aftercare information, and organize preferences.
The AI model used in Kolly is built, managed, configured, and trained by us according to our own eyelash beauty business scenarios and product requirements. We do not use third-party public AI models or third-party public AI chat services to directly provide the consumer-facing AI conversation experience in Kolly.
Our AI system is focused on eyelash-related knowledge, including lash categories, curl types, length preferences, density descriptions, lash mapping concepts, style tags, aftercare reminders, content safety rules, and user preference matching. The model is maintained internally so its responses remain aligned with Kolly’s beauty and eyelash purpose.
We strictly manage eyelash-related data used for AI features. Data that may support AI quality includes general lash style categories, non-sensitive interaction preferences, feedback signals, safety signals, and internally curated beauty knowledge. We limit unnecessary data use and apply internal access controls, review processes, and operational safeguards.
We do not design the AI system to identify real-world identity, infer sensitive personal attributes, diagnose medical conditions, or make legally significant decisions. The AI feature does not replace consultation with a trained beautician, lash artist, or healthcare professional.
Prompts, selected options, uploaded references if supported, preferences, and feedback may be processed to generate responses, improve answer quality, maintain reliability, and support safety review. Users should not submit medical records, government identifiers, payment card numbers, private information of others, or confidential business information into AI conversations.
If we materially change this approach, such as by integrating an external model provider for user-facing processing, we will update our disclosures and obtain any consent required by applicable law or platform rules.
You agree to use Kolly respectfully and lawfully. You must not post illegal, hateful, violent, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, sexually explicit, misleading, or fraudulent content.
You must not impersonate another person, lash artist, salon, creator, brand, or organization. You must not publish another person’s private information without permission, manipulate engagement, create fake accounts, scrape the Service, upload malware, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
We may investigate violations and take action including content removal, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, account suspension, termination, device-level restrictions, or preservation of evidence for legal or safety purposes.
You may upload or share profile information, lash photos, beauty references, comments, messages, prompts, reviews, reports, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant Kolly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt for technical formatting, moderate, and use your User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for content you upload, including rights related to photos, lash work, salon images, models, copyrighted materials, brand logos, and personal information.
Kolly may provide reporting and blocking tools. If you see unsafe, infringing, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate content, you may use in-app reporting tools or contact support@kolly.help.
We may preserve account information, messages, content, device identifiers, moderation records, reports, and logs to investigate reports, prevent repeat abuse, comply with law, or protect users.
Kolly may offer subscriptions, premium AI conversation features, digital benefits, consumables, or other paid functions. Prices, durations, and benefits will be shown before purchase where required.
Refund requests for Apple purchases should be submitted through Apple’s refund process unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Kolly and its licensors own the Service, including software, interface designs, layouts, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, recommendation systems, AI-related workflows, data organization systems, databases, and other materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Kolly disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Kolly does not guarantee that AI responses, lash recommendations, user content, or beauty references will be accurate, complete, safe, suitable, or applicable to your individual circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, content, or access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a safety risk, infringed rights, misused the Service, failed to pay required fees, or caused legal, technical, reputational, or operational risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kolly’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions, contact support@kolly.help.
